At BosoBozo, every product is made to order. Because our items are custom printed specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect color or product selection made during checkout
- Accidental orders
- Personal preferences
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will only replace or refund items if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- You receive the wrong item.
If you experience any of these issues, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BosoBozo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for reasons that violate this policy (such as buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size) may result in your claim being disputed with the supporting order and shipping documentation.
