All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand production process. Because each item is created specifically for your order, production begins only after your purchase is placed.
Processing Time
- Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.
- During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different production facilities. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
