Once an order has been placed, production may begin shortly thereafter. Because our products are custom-made, orders generally cannot be canceled or changed after production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other legitimate business reasons.

5. Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

BosoBozo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Ordering the wrong size
Buyer remorse
Preference changes
Incorrect selections made during checkout

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
